THE SPG STORY

In 2011, Dr. Ben Lee started his specialist practice in cosmetic and implant dentistry, doing what he enjoys most and what he is good at. Built on clinical rigour and genuine patient care, the practice grew steadily — entirely through professional referrals and patient recommendations.

In 2018, we opened the doors to our purpose-built premise at Suite 301, 10 Help Street Chatswood and a second premise at Suite 201 was completed in early 2024. For both premises, every detail of the space was personally designed by Dr. Lee: calm, considered and built for the best possible patient experience.

Today, SPG is home to six specialist clinicians, making it one of the largest prosthodontic practices in Australia.

Commitment to Excellence – We work exclusively with TGA-approved dental materials and partner only with experienced ceramists and laboratories in Australia who meet our exacting standards.
Reliable – We take no chances on the quality of our equipment and its maintenance to ensure minimum disruption to your dental care. There are two sets of plant equipment (compressors and suction units) in place, to ensure treatments can always take place in the unlikely event of breakdowns.
Proven Safety – We always prioritise long term outcomes over the latest unproven technique and would never recommend a treatment that we wouldn't choose for ourselves.

4. Fully In-House Specialist Capability

SPG brings together restorative, surgical and implant specialists in a single NSQHS-accredited practice — so your care is coordinated from the first consultation through to the final restoration.

Co-ordinated care – Your surgical and restorative specialists work together from the outset, with shared records and an unified treatment plan.
Fewer appointments, less travel – Patients don't need separate appointments or referrals for CBCT, extraction, bone grafting, implant surgery or restoration — all disciplines are available in the same practice.
Simpler for referring dentists – One referral covers the full scope of treatment. We keep your general dentist informed at every stage with detailed reports.

Our infection control protocols exceed the guidelines set by the National Health and Medical Research Council. Every instrument is either single-use or autoclave-sterilised, with two independent verification measures per cycle. All staff are trained in medical emergency management.

Oral and intravenous sedation services (by an anaesthetist) are available with prior arrangements, to remove any anxiety.
