What's involved

All-on-4® outlines a specific protocol for replacing a full arch of failing or missing teeth using a fixed dental bridge secured to just four dental implants — rather than one implant per missing tooth. For suitable patients, this can be a more cost-effective option than full-arch reconstruction with individual implants.

SPG is a licensed practice for the All-on-4® treatment concept™, based on our extensive knowledge, clinical experience and reputation in this technique. We use only the latest Nobel Biocare dental implants (TiUltra™ surface) with genuine componentry, to achieve the most predictable and durable outcome.

The angled positioning of the back implants used in the All-on-4 protocol is designed to make use of available bone in the jaw, which means many patients can avoid the additional bone grafting that other full-arch approaches may require — though this depends on individual anatomy and is confirmed via a 3D bone scan.

Am I a candidate?

All-on-4 may be suitable if you're missing most or all of the teeth in an arch, or have teeth that are failing due to advanced decay or gum disease, and are looking for a fixed (non-removable) solution rather than a denture. Suitability depends on your bone volume and overall oral and general health, which your specialist will assess via a 3D bone scan and consultation.
